CompuForensics, in association with accredited universities and colleges in Texas, Ohio, Tennessee and Georgia, offers government and private sectors a highly cost effective approach to upgrading the technical skills of their computer forensics examiner, management and support personnel. Live on-line training is modeled after that provided to federal law enforcement and taught by a former federal agent and national program manager for computer forensics. Live on-line classes, held week day evenings from 7-9pm Central time, afford students the flexibility of distance learning (VOIP; US & Canadian students can also participate via phone when necessary) without the limited instructor access common in correspondence courses.

The Forensics Examiner course, which includes illustrated loose-leaf notes, SuSE Open Linux 11.2 DVD and bootable computer forensics CDROM, employs Windows XP running inside SuSE Linux to safely and more efficiently analyze Windows systems. Prior Linux experience is not required. This 75-hour 'live' course replaces both on-campus and on-line Basic Examiner and Advanced Examiner courses, saving students $2995 compared to Basic and Advanced on-campus courses.
